REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At Raksham Spiritual, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of spiritual and religious products, refunds and replacements are available only under specific conditions.

Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund

You may request a replacement or refund only if:

1. Wrong Item Received

The product delivered is different from the product ordered.

2. Damaged or Broken Product Received

The product arrives damaged, broken, or unusable.

3. Wrong Color Received

The color received is different from the color ordered.

Mandatory Proof Requirement

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, customers must provide:

  • A complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
  • Clear evidence showing the issue.
  • Request submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Without a valid unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds, returns, or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect product selection by customer
  • Minor variations in color due to screen settings
  • Delay caused by courier services
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Claims submitted without unboxing video proof

Refund Process

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Replacement Process

If approved:

  • A replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.
